I’m your host, Bradley Sutton, and this is the show that’s a completely BS-free, unscripted and unrehearsed organic conversation about serious strategies or serious sellers of any level in the e-commerce world. Bradley Sutton: And this is another episode of my seller strategy masterclass series where I go into 10 unique features that only Helium 10 has. These are unique features that pretty much, if you don’t, if you’re not using them, you’re leaving money on the table, and if you are using them, you’ve got an advantage over all the other sellers who might not be using Helium 10. Now I also call these episodes 10 things I hate about you just because that was a classic movie and, if any, if there’s any other tool companies out there that are watching this. They’re like, oh man, more reasons for me to hate Helium 10 because they got so much stuff that we don’t have. But anyways, you guys have it. Bradley Sutton: Most of the listeners here, I know, are Helium 10 members, and even if you’re not, take note of these strategies. Some of these maybe you can’t do with a tool, but maybe there’s a longer way to do it. These are still important strategies. Like we’re going to be talking today about how to check if you have hijackers in other Amazon marketplaces. I mean, whether you have Helium 10 or not, that’s important, right? You’ve got to be able to you know, to check that. We’re going to talk about search query performance. That’s something you can do with even without Helium 10. But what I’m showing you is, you know, has it there? What about doing product research on Alibaba? Like you’re searching for something and you could look up demand on Amazon without even leaving Alibaba. Do you know if there’s something you can use to do that? I’m going to show you that too, so let’s go ahead and hop into it. Bradley Sutton: All right, so this strategy is completely unique to Helium 10, and it’s about having eight different keyword research data points that you can instantly access within seconds for your product and your competitors’ products. Now why is this important? How can it make you money? Keywords are still important to Amazon, despite what people might try and tell you that oh everything’s about AI. No, we’ve run countless proofs that so far, keywords are still the most important thing for, like indexing, getting you searchable, sending those initial relevancy signals to Amazon, and you want to know all the keywords that can potentially bring you sales. And what happens is if you’re just using maybe not even a tool like Product Opportunity Explorer to find keywords, or maybe just Search Create Performance, you’re limited in what you can do. If you’re just using Search Create Performance, you can only do that on existing products, if you’re just using Product Opportunity Explorer, you’re only going to find maybe a maximum of 10, 15 keywords. There’s potentially hundreds, if not thousands, of keywords out there that are relevant to your product at least hundreds that are highly relevant and with Helium 10, you can find eight different resources of keywords in just seconds. Here’s how, go into our listing builder tool and when you go into the add keywords section, now you guys have this new section where you can create your keyword bank and it finds eight different keyword sources. The very first one here is something very unique and that is ABA converting keywords. This is Amazon Brand Analytics. This is the only tool where, instantly, you are going to see for your products if you had chosen your own product here out of like a whole half year of data. Bradley Sutton: I actually was just doing something for a Halloween product and I didn’t want to look just at the middle of the summer. I was looking at October and November of 2025. I did 2024. I did 2023. I did 2022. I was going back in time to all of the Brand Analytics data that Helium 10 has to say, hey, what had a conversion share of at least 1%? This goes back to before there was even such a thing as search group performance, and this is the way you can find out what were the keywords that Amazon is saying brought you sales? The same thing what are the keywords that Amazon says your competitors had sales from. What keywords? Anytime I can pick up to a half year, 26 different weeks of Brand Analytics data. I can search in seconds that had over a 1% conversion share. All right, search query performance. Instantly. I like to look at the months. I’m going to look back at the last 12 months. Bradley Sutton: Any keyword that brought me sales from Search Query Performance. There’s top keywords, opportunity keywords. That’s not unique to Helium 10. We’ve always had that. You can do that in Cerebro. Another one that’s unique to Helium 10, though, is right here. In this same search, I can find historical keywords. Hey, what were the keywords in the last two years that these products were ranking for, either my product or these competitor ones? I can look at the sponsored rank. I can look at organic rank eight different keyword research sources and then I hit apply and instantly I have got a list of keywords that hit one or more of these factors, like what is the most important ones to you? Maybe it’s my Search Query Performance keywords, right? Bradley Sutton: Well, now I can see, hey, coffin letterboard, that’s an important keyword. Let me star that. And where did this one come up? Wow, coffin letterboard came up in my Brand Analytics competitor keywords. It came up in my Search Query Performance keywords. It came up in historical keywords. It came up in sponsored keywords. Obviously, this is a super important keyword. Bradley Sutton: All right, what if I want to find the ones that were only Amazon Brand Analytics keywords? Look at this keyword here Halloween party decor. If you’re using any other tool, you never would have seen this keyword. Why it’s only showing up in two different data points that only Helium 10 has the Brand Analytics converting keywords and historical top keywords. So here’s a keyword that you never would have found if you weren’t using Helium 10 and is very relevant to this product Halloween party decor. For this coffin letter board obviously is important. So I can star the ones that are important to me and then, once I go ahead and make my listing, now I can see, hey, which keywords did I star? Or, hey, where are all the keywords that brought me sales from Search Query Performance? Let me make sure I have those keywords in phrase form. So this is like probably one of the coolest things that Helium 10 has launched in years is the Listing Builder 8-W builder eight way keyword research tool, where you’re going to find keywords that literally nobody else can find because you’re using the best data with Helium 10. So make sure that you guys are using the Listing Builder eight in one keyword research tool to find all of the relevant keywords for your listing. Bradley Sutton: Another very unique tool to Helium 10 is our influencer finder and influencer messenger. It’s kind of like two tools in once, and this is specifically about TikTok. On TikTok, you win at TikTok, not necessarily for having the best SEO strategy, not necessarily having the best advertising strategy, like on Amazon. It’s about having the best strategy for finding creators who are willing to promote your product and having them convert sales for you. So how can you find these creators on TikTok right? And, by the way, it should go without saying how this can make you money is because that’s pretty much the only way to make money on TikTok is by getting creators to promote for you. So how can you do that using Helium 10? Bradley Sutton: Go to the TikTok influencer finder, and then one thing I like doing is I wanna see hey, has there been anybody who has maybe made videos about coffin shelves before? So I’m just gonna type in coffin shelf. And now what’s going to happen is I’m going to have all of the influencers out here that have either talked about coffin shelves or maybe made a video about it, or maybe they’ve literally made a video of a product that has a coffin shelf. All right, so there’s different aspects. So I can look here. You know what I maybe want to see somebody who has generated at least a hundred dollars of GMV, or maybe even between one and ten thousand dollars. And now I can also say, hey, you know what I want this person to be a, to have mostly female followers, right, well, this narrows it down, and then I can just start looking at different influencers here that I think might hit my niche. Bradley Sutton: So here I am in the TikTok influencer finder and let me just search for a keyword gothic decor, let me filter by sellers who, or by creators who have generated at least like a hundred to $10,000 worth of GMV, and I can do other things, like I can say, hey, I want their followers to be male or female. I want them to have at least X number of followers. How many items have they sold, things like that. But once I do that, I can just start scrolling here and looking for creators that might seem like they’re very relevant to my product, like here’s somebody that talks about Halloween. Let’s just take a look at her TikTok channel. And then I look at her page and, oh, my goodness, like this is kind of a freaky looking gothic person here with a lot of Halloween mask and promoting spooky products. You know what, maybe I think that she would be good to you know, promote my product. And so what I would do is I would then go ahead and just select, you know, the ones like her that I think I want to message and I can invite them directly to a campaign. I could say, hey, which product I’m going to offer them? Hey, auto, approve the request, offer free samples. What is my commission going to be? Et cetera, et cetera. So Helium 10 has one of the largest databases of TikTok shop and Amazon, for that matter, creators out there. You’re going to be able to search that entire database of people who have made videos about a certain product type or have a word like Gothic or Gothic decor in their profile, and then you’re going to be able to reach out to them right there in the app, offering them the products that you want to promote, locking them in. It’s going to be all automatic. If they accept it and they make a video about your product, it’s already locked in. Whatever percentage you said, you’re going to give them the 12% commission and they’re going to start promoting your product as soon as they get the product that you send them. So this is a great way to make money on TikTok shop using the Helium 10 TikTok Influencer Finder. Bradley Sutton: An important strategy is making sure that you have all the money that Amazon owes you back. All right, what you might not realize if you haven’t been selling on Amazon for a while, or maybe just didn’t know this, is that Amazon makes a lot of mistakes with fulfillment fees, with shipments, with things getting damaged, things in the warehouse, et cetera, and they’re supposed to reimburse you for it, and usually they do. But sometimes you know Amazon’s a very big company, things fall through the cracks and you don’t always get reimbursed for what you are due. Or an audit might discover some discrepancies where maybe they were charging you the wrong rate. Well, you might not have time to go through and do those audits. You know, time is money, right? Well, that’s where Helium 10 managed refund service comes in. So what you need to do is just activate it this is available for all of our plans and then you are going to be able to see hey, how much might Amazon owe you? Bradley Sutton: Here’s one of mine that I just literally did just from October 1st to October 22nd. They found something wrong with the way that Amazon was charging for FBA fulfillment, and so I was able to file a claim for $1,200. And this is one of my smaller accounts. This is not even a big account here. So maybe, let’s say I was on the diamond plan of Helium 10. Bradley Sutton: Where it’s almost like I’m getting Helium 10 for free just by letting Helium 10 find money that’s owed to me, and I don’t even have to submit anything. Bradley Sutton: If you’ve never been auditing what, the money that Amazon owes you in your account. Some people are thousands of dollars, like me. Some people are tens of thousands of dollars they are owed. Do a quick audit with MRS. It’ll tell you what’s needed and then you choose if you want to go ahead and go through with it or not. But you could get hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars back, where Helium 10 does all of the heavy lifting, all of the work for you. You just have to maybe click yes or no a couple of times. You might need to submit an invoice here or there or something to show your cost, but other than that, helium 10 does all the work for you and puts money back in your pockets. Bradley Sutton: Another unique strategy that is important to do, and it’s unique in the fact that Helium 10 can do it in seconds. But even if you don’t have Helium 10, you can do this in a few hours inside of Seller Central, and that is looking up to one year of your search query performance data instantly. All right, so any of you who have Helium 10, you’ve already got access to this, because as soon as you connect, we’ll go ahead and download up to a year’s reports of your search query performance. But what are the things that you want to look at? You want to know, hey, what were the keywords that were driving sales for me? What are the keywords where my conversion rate is better than the market conversion rate? What are the keywords where my click-through rate is better than everybody else’s click-through rate? Bradley Sutton: These are all important things, but the way you can look at up to a year’s worth of data in seconds is by going into Search Query Analyzer, go ahead and select month of and just select the last 12 months here of your account, and then go in and choose the product or products. Let me go ahead and type in coffin shelf here and put on my main product. I select it. I also am going to have AI analysis on. That’ll give you some other options here. I’m about to show you. And then I just hit apply AI analysis. The first thing it’s going to show is all 12 months of search query performance data, all the keywords that have ever come up in any of those months. Bradley Sutton: So I can see here, for example, I can sort by my purchases and I can see, oh my goodness, I’ve got 50 purchases for the keyword coffin shelf. I’ve got six purchases for coffin box. I’ve sold for coffin shelves, I’ve sold for coffin bookshelf, et cetera, et cetera. But then if I go ahead and look at the AI analysis, I hit this button view AI analysis here. Now I could see instantly, hey, what were the best conversion rate keywords for me? What were the market top sales keywords? All right, what were the top search volume keywords? Here in my keyword performance matrix I can even see, hey, what got me low ACOS? Right, because it ties into my PPC data. I can look at funnel analytics and see, hey, how are things going overall? How do things progress between the impression all the way down to the purchase for my product? What are some of my high value, low visibility keywords, in other words, where I might not be showing up at the top of search, but I have really good data. Bradley Sutton: AI summarizes a lot of what you need to look at when you’re looking at your Search Query Performance data, because sometimes it might be a little bit overwhelming. That will help you, kind of like laser focus on what actions you need to take. So again, if you want to be able to look at 12 months of Search Query Performance data almost instantly, use Helium 10 for that. Even if you don’t have Helium 10, well, guess what? Go to Seller Central, go to your Search Query Performance, download the 12 different reports, do a pivot table and put all that data together, because it’s still important data. And then, yeah, you can maybe use some outside AIs to give you some summaries, but with just two clicks you can do that all inside of Helium 10. Bradley Sutton: Have you ever found a new product idea on Alibaba? Most people think, hey, if I’m searching on Alibaba or any website for that matter, it’s mainly I’m just looking for something. I already know what I’m looking for, like, for example, the other day I was trying to help Natalie in our scale stories. She’s one of our case studies that we’re doing, where we’re starting a product from scratch. Her products are tuning forks, all right, so I was looking at Alibaba and I looked up tuning fork set. So let me just click on one of these tuning forks and now I go to their product page. Bradley Sutton: But then what I like to do is I like to click on their store. You know, maybe I came here because I want to buy tuning forks. All right, their price is a little bit high $16. But I click on their store and then what I can do is I can see what other products do they have? And so I’m looking here at their menu and I’m like, what in the world is a Kalimba? For those who don’t know? So I just click on this and just going down these rabbit trails trying to like find different ideas. Bradley Sutton: And I’m looking here I’m like, all right, where, what exactly is Kalimba? And then I see here. I’m like, oh, it’s this little like thumb piano. Okay, maybe you didn’t know this existed. I’m like, is there a such? Is there a demand for Kalimbas on Amazon? Well, guess what, right here on the Alibaba page, and I could be on a Shopify page, I can be on eBay, I could be on Etsy, I can be on anywhere. I just so happened to do it on Alibaba. I hit the Helium 10 Chrome extension, and then I hit the Helium 10 Chrome extension and then I hit Analyze Product Demand. Bradley Sutton: All right, so this is our Demand Analyzer, and then I’ll type in here Kalimba, and I’m like, all right, is anybody searching for this on Amazon? I’m like, oh, my goodness, look at this. I see 6,500 searches for the keyword Kalimba. What’s maybe something I didn’t know existed? I can see there’s long-tail keywords about Kalimba. Look at this Kalimba thumb piano. Kalimba 34 keys what is that? I’m looking here and I see the exact products that I’m looking on Alibaba. I can see the price on Amazon here. This Kalimba is $29. Bradley Sutton: And so I was just randomly searching for tuning forks on this person’s Alibaba page. I just look at what other products they have and I might discover something that could be unique. So what tool is this? This is the Demand Analyzer, the Chrome Extension. I bet most of you guys haven’t used it. But, guys, if you’re on Etsy, you see something unique. If you’re on Alibaba. If you’re on eBay, if you’re on any website a lot of Shopify website you’re shopping for yourself and you see something that you’re like, ooh, I wonder if there’s demand for this on Amazon. Guys, use the Helium 10 Demand Analyzer. You can just stay on that exact page that you’re on. You don’t even have to be any inside of Helium 10. You don’t have to be on Amazon and you’re going to be able to see is there demand on Amazon? What are the long tail keywords, what are the top selling products, what’s the search volume. So use that. As you start browsing the internet, just shopping, going about your daily browsing activity. Something strikes your fancy. Don’t wait until you get to Helium 10 to find it right there on the page. Go, do an analysis on the demand on Amazon or whatever new product that you just discovered. Bradley Sutton: Do you know who is advertising on your product pages? There’s a lot of advertising spots on a product page. There’s the you know, sponsored products, their sponsor display ads that will show up. There’s other kind of like product placements, like frequently bought together, et cetera. All of these are interesting to look at, to see, maybe, and keep track of. Hey, who is showing up on your page? Maybe you need to return them the favor and start advertising on their page. Well, the way you can do that here I have essential candy product pages with somebody else in our in our scale story series and I can see stuff here. Here’s some sponsor display, ads that are showing up. There’s some frequently bought together. There’s tons of products related to this item down here. There’s just tons of product placements all over. Bradley Sutton: How would you like to be able to see what these products are selling and what their ASINs are? Maybe download these ASINs and instantly put them into another PPC product targeting campaign? Well, all you have to do is run X-Ray on the product page itself and all of those products that are showing up here are going to be in this list. I can see their sales, I can see their price and then I can export this to a file in order to make some advertising campaigns. Or maybe I just want to save this file, like once a week or once a month, and then look back on it. All right, who has been consistently advertising on my page? Who fell off? All right, what new players are there in the market? This is a great, easy, instant way that you can only do with Helium 10 in order to track who is advertising on your page. Bradley Sutton: Is Amazon advertising, PPC something that seems overwhelming to you? It’s probably one of the things that scares most new to Amazon brands the most is trying to figure out everything the ins and outs of Amazon advertising. From learning all of the acronyms ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, et cetera, et cetera to, hey, how do I run advanced sponsored display campaigns? How do I use AMC targeting? Is there a way to day part and run schedules on my advertising? What should I do for key shopping dates like Prime Day? Or maybe you’re looking to see what are just the trends? What are hot videos? What kind of videos are really working for your competitors’ products or yours? Well, this is where the TikTok product finder is going to come in. This is a tool, or our newest tiktok tool here at Helium 10. So how I would use this is maybe I don’t have something specific in mind, but I’m like hey, what are some products that uh, have a price range of between 30 and $80,? Maybe in the last 14 days there have been at least let’s just say, 100, you know like 400 units sold, all right, and then maybe hey, new videos. There has been at no more than like 20 new videos, all right. So there’s a lot of sales but not many videos. Bradley Sutton: Like is there anything that comes up like that? And here there’s 355 products that come up here. Like look at this here is a storage TV stand All right. Here are some dark acid wash jeans. Here’s a portable speaker. All right. In the last 14 days, 7,000 of these portable speakers have been sold, generating almost a half a million dollars of revenue. Yet there’s only 17 active videos. That’s crazy, right. So that could be like a potential, if I’m like man. There’s not even that many influencers making content about this product and it’s still doing well. There’s not like zero. There’s not like zero new influencers here. Bradley Sutton: Here’s a product that has only one new video this furniture piece here. So there’s all kinds of different filters here that will allow you to kind of like search the product database for top TikTok products and what has a lot of videos. There’s also a tool here called TikTok Hot Videos. I could say, hey, what are people doing in, like, the Halloween space and which category maybe I’m like, are people doing something in the furniture section of Halloween? And I could actually go even a step further and do different categories here in the last seven days, and then now this is going to show up. All right, here are all the hot videos that are showing up that have the word Halloween somewhere around it and in the furniture category. All right. And then so I could start maybe getting some ideas. Like, look at this, this is called Halloween activities and I could see, all right, what are some of these videos that are actually generating even sales? Like I could do a search here. I’m like, hey, here’s a video that somebody made that actually generated $583 worth of a GMV for somebody. All right, so the the possibilities are are endless here, guys, of how you can use this tool. Bradley Sutton: But especially if you are new to TikTok shop and you want to start seeing what is working for videos, what is working for products, there might be a trend that you can find that you can just hop on right away. Where it might be saturated on Amazon, but on TikTok, it could be an opportunity for you. So make sure to use the only TikTok product finder that is in the Amazon all-in-one kind of like you know, feature and tool world. We’re the only ones that have something like this. If you have access to Helium 10, you got Platinum Diamond Plan you’re going to have access to this so make sure to leverage TikTok shop product finder. Do you know that it could be possible that there are people in other Amazon marketplaces selling your products and maybe they’re not selling the genuine product or maybe they’re just drop shipping yours? So the way you can do this is go to any of your products or any of your competitors products. And this is now going to show all of the marketplaces where there could be one of on this ASIN, a seller actively selling. Bradley Sutton: I’m only selling this in US and Canada, but look at this, somebody is selling my product in all these other marketplaces Amazon France, Amazon Poland, Amazon Belgium. It’s telling me how much stock they even have? Like, let me take a look at this one. Who is selling in Amazon Sweden? What in the world, who in the world is selling my product on Amazon Sweden? Here it is right here. Here’s my listing on Amazon Sweden. Somebody called Urson Trade is selling it for 1,143. I don’t know what the Swedish currency is kronas or something like that, but anyways, I would have had no idea that somebody is using my listing in Amazon Sweden. Somebody is using my listing in Amazon Japan, Amazon Turkey, Amazon Poland, Belgium, et cetera. So this is a way, guys, that you can instantly see from your competitors where are they active? What marketplaces are they most active in? How much stock do they have left? We’re actually checking the inventory too. Bradley Sutton: Or you can check do you have hijackers who are selling fake products of yours on your ASIN? Because, remember, what does it mean if they sell it under that ASIN? Whether it’s a good product or not, that review is going to go to your ASIN. It’s going to affect your reviews in your own home category too. So it’s super important, guys. You need to make sure you know who is selling on your ASINs, even in marketplaces. You might not be selling it along those same lines. What if you are selling in another marketplace but it’s a language you don’t speak? Well, you probably know by now. Bradley Sutton: Of course, you can do the keyword research in Helium 10, find all the relevant keywords, but what if they’re all in a language you don’t really know and you want to see what are the trends, what are the main words, what do these keywords even mean? Like I don’t want to put like a forbidden keyword in my listing, right, or I don’t want to, you know, say my product is something just because I see that this keyword has high search volume, but maybe it’s actually not relevant. Well, a way that you can do that is in Helium 10, we’re the only tool that has instant translation. Actually, the person who gave me the idea for this part was a retoo Java, where she was saying she would export Helium 10 Cerebro results into Excel or a Google sheet and do some kind of like translation, Google Translate and appending columns. I’m like no, there’s got to be easier way. So, for example, here I looked up this like Tupperware looking product on Amazon España, Spain, right, and I have 477 keywords. Bradley Sutton: Now, me, I speak like 60, 70% Spanish, but some of these words I have never heard of before. Like fiambrera, I have no idea. Tuper I can assume that that means like Tupperware, but what about Tuper, cristal, hermetico? I know what Cristal means, I know what Tupperware means, but maybe I don’t know what Hermetico means. Maybe you don’t know any Spanish at all and you’re like this is all like a foreign language to me, like what the heck is this? Well, you could now say, hey, if you’re an English speaker, for example, let me translate this to English. And then now, instantly, every single keyword that was here are going to now show up in the language that you want. I actually want to go ahead and make this into a separate column, so for example, I can see right here recipientes. So I can see here recipientes hermeticos para alime. Maybe that means nothing to you, but look at this, it gives me the instant translation. Ah, airtight food containers. That’s exactly what I thought this was. That’s really what I need. Fiambreira cristal. Maybe you Spanish speakers didn’t even know that that, or you Mexican Spanish speakers might not have known that that means glass lunchbox. Maybe only somebody from Spain uses that keyword, I have no idea. Here we go Tapa, microondas cristal. Glass microwave lid. So, instantly, I can see all of the translated keywords. So this is something that exists in Cerebro, in Magnet, in Keyword Tracker. Bradley Sutton: As you become more international, be looking, be understanding. What are the keywords that you’re even using in your listings. What are the highest search terms? What do they mean in your native language? I mean you could be a Chinese speaker trying to sell on Amazon Germany, all right, and you don’t understand the German words translate it to Chinese, all right. So make sure you guys are using this, all right. There you have it, guys. Bradley Sutton: There is 10 more unique strategies you can pretty much only do in Helium 10. Nobody else in our space has this. 10 more reasons of if you’re not using Helium 10, how much money are you leaving on the table? It’s a lot. Bradley Sutton: And those of you who are using Helium 10, how many of these strategies have you guys use? How many of these you didn’t even know about most of this stuff other than, like the TikTok product finder and a couple of the other ones. Most of these we have had for years, and maybe you’ve had Helium 10 for years, but you hadn’t used it. Guys, you need to be leveraging everything that you’re paying for.
