3 New Black Box Modes for Better Product Research

Get more precise product research results with the new and improved Marketplace, Competitors, and Niches tabs in Black Box!

When we first released Black Box for Helium 10, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception the powerhouse Amazon product research tool received.

Today we would like to introduce the world to our own Black Box 2.0!

Now when you use Black Box, you can get Amazon product research results in three different ways:

The Marketplace Tab

This tab is our classic version of Black Box in which you can use multiple filters to search our database of over 450 million products on Amazon. Click on “Advanced Filters” to gain access to the many helpful features that made the original Black Box so powerful!

The Competitors Tab

This new tab displays the top 50 ASINs that share the most keywords in common with an ASIN you provide in the search box. We highly suggest finding the bestselling product ASIN in your desired search results and use this tab to hunt for good keywords.

The Niche Tab

This second new tab mimics a normal Amazon search query but also has the benefit of showing products that may not show up in an initial Xray search. These previously undiscovered products could be hidden normally because they are out of stock or were previously a bestseller.
