What You Need to Get Started  

The skill works two ways depending on how you have Helium 10 set up: 

Connected path: If you’ve connected Helium 10 to Claude via the MCP integration, just give the skill your ASIN and a competitor’s ASIN. It pulls both listings plus their keyword and rank data automatically. 

No-connector path: Export a Reverse ASIN CSV from Helium 10’s Keyword Research tools and upload it alongside screenshots of your listing and a competitor’s. Claude reads the screenshots and pulls the exact listing copy from them. 

Either way, you’ll need: 

  • Access to Claude (Claude.ai chat or the Claude Cowork desktop app) 
  • The Listing Analyzer Pro skill file — free to download below

Tips for Getting the Best Output  

  • Pick the competitor you actually compete with. The competitor edge section is only as useful as the listing you compare against. Choose the rival who ranks where you want to rank, not just the biggest name in the category. 
  • Feed it your full title and every bullet. A partial paste produces a partial picture. Screenshots of your live listing work even better — just be clear about which screenshot is yours versus the competitor’s. 
  • Run the CPR list before any PPC build. The lowest-CPR terms are the cheapest organic wins. Start there before you bid on expensive broad-match terms. 
  • Re-run after every listing change. Rankings and search volumes shift. Running the skill again after a copy update shows you exactly what moved and what gaps remain.
