Start with a Reverse ASIN search in Helium 10. Run it against your top five to seven competitors and export the full CSV. That export contains every keyword you and your competitors are indexed for, along with ranking positions and search volume data. 

The skill reads that file and runs two filters: 

Top Keywords Keywords that a majority of your competitors rank for and carry enough search volume to be worth owning. These are proven, contested terms, the ones you should already be showing up for, and can audit your listing against today.
