#770 – Using AI + Split Testing To Increase Revenue by $20,000 Bradley Sutton , VP of Education and Strategy 47 minute read Published: October 19, 2026 Modified: October 21, 2026 Share: URL copied Could your next revenue boost come from improving the listings and campaigns you already have? In this episode of the Serious Sellers Podcast, we have a case study with Bradley Sutton where he opens up real Amazon accounts to demonstrate how AI, split testing, and deeper keyword research can uncover overlooked opportunities. His goal: identify approximately $10,000 in wasted advertising spend and opportunities to generate another $10,000 in monthly sales. From aging product images to forgotten advertising targets, he shows sellers where to start looking.Bradley begins with a pumpkin tap kit that has lost sales to a competitor. Using AI image tools and Helium 10 Audience, he tests new main images with real shoppers and uses their feedback to refine the designs. The process takes four rounds, including a disappointing tie, before his revised image beats the competitor’s image 66% to 34%. He also explains how improvements in click-through and conversion rates can compound, illustrating how the same number of search impressions could potentially produce nearly twice as many orders. The takeaway is clear: customer feedback can reveal weaknesses that a seller’s own judgment misses.Next, Bradley tackles a declining children’s workbook listing by combining Search Query Performance data, current and historical competitor rankings, and Brand Analytics. He demonstrates how a custom Claude skill connected to Helium 10 MCP automates this research and prioritizes keywords using his own scoring system. The workflow then helps rewrite the listing around relevant search phrases, customer review insights, and practical shopper questions. Sellers also see how to approach the research directly inside Helium 10, giving them a way to apply the process without building a custom AI skill. Finally, Bradley audits advertising performance to uncover spending patterns that shorter reporting windows can overlook. He investigates targets accumulating clicks without sales, reviews high-ACOS targets, and explores dayparting opportunities to adjust bids around stronger and weaker periods. These findings represent potential savings and sales gains that still need to be implemented and measured. But the next step is something every seller can take: choose one listing, challenge one assumption, and investigate where your money is going. Your next growth opportunity could already be sitting inside the account you manage every day. In episode 770 of the Serious Sellers Podcast, Bradley talks about: 00:00 – Introduction 03:06 – Refreshing An Underperforming Product Listing 06:25 – Split-Testing Images With Real Shoppers 13:03 – How Better Clicks And Conversions Multiply Sales 16:37 – Rebuilding Sales With Keyword Research 21:37 – Finding Converting Keywords With Brand Analytics 24:21 – Automating Keyword Research With An AI Skill 26:41 – Writing Listings That Answer Shopper Questions 32:35 – Auditing Advertising With Claude And MCP 34:55 – Finding Wasted Spend With A Longer Lookback 38:35 – Reviewing High-ACOS Advertising Targets 39:48 – Using Dayparting To Improve Ad Performance Transcript Bradley Sutton: How I found $10,000 of wasted ad spend in one account that I manage and that I’m going to be able to save and how I’m doing split testing plus rewriting listings with the ultimate keyword research skill that’s going to generate $10,000 more in extra sales per month. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. Hello, everybody, and welcome to another episode of the Serious Sellers Podcast by Helium 10. I’m your host, Bradley Sutton, and this is the show that’s a completely BS-free, organic conversation about serious strategies for serious sellers of any level in the e-commerce world. And today I’m doing an episode, kind of like last second, because we had a last second cancellation. And there is another episode that we don’t have edited yet, a cool one coming out from Amazon. And so here I am at 5L30 in the morning. I haven’t slept. This is my second day in a row of doing all nighters here at Helium 10. But what I was doing all night tonight is working on an actual account. And that’s what we do on this Serious Sales Podcast. We talk about real brands and real people doing real things. And so I got into some accounts that I’m managing and I want to see, hey, can I eradicate wasted spend? Answer, I found about $10,000. I’m going to show you guys how I found it. Bradley Sutton: Another thing was like, hey, there’s another product on this account that went down in sales from like hundreds of thousands of dollars down to just thousands. And how can I start building it back by rewriting the listing and seeing where I’m losing? I’m going to show you guys a crazy keyword research technique that you can do just in regular Helium 10 or you can use Claude, MCP, ChatGPT, etc. It’s going to blow your mind. And that’s going to generate probably thousands of dollars. And I was looking at some other listings that I haven’t touched in a long time. And I was like, ok yeah sure, I might do some keyword stuff on these listings. But I wanted to focus on increasing the click through rate and conversion rate. And so I’m going to show you how just instead of doing like I did originally and did a big, expensive $1,500 photo shoot, I was able to get completely new images and kind of split test it with a real live audience in order to get insights on how I can improve the conversion rate and the click through rate. And I’m going to show you guys the kind of impact it can have, potentially thousands of dollars more. So every single thing we’re going to talk about in this episode is on real live accounts and that you guys can copy these exact same strategies. Those of you who don’t have Claude and MCP, don’t worry, I’m going to kind of show you how to do it in Helium 10. Those of you who don’t use Helium 10, some things you might be able to do in other tools. Some things you can’t, but that’s fine. You can always just get Helium 10, code SSP20, save 20% off six months. But this is not a Helium 10 pitch show. This is a strategy show. I’m telling you the strategy. All right. Let’s go ahead and hop into it. Bradley Sutton: All right. The first thing, this was a Project 5K listing in one account. I don’t want to say throw away product, but this is something that’s just been on autopilot for years and years. All right. And as you can see, just looking back in a two-week period, a couple of years ago, this product was doing like 100 units every two weeks or 200 units a month, I guess about. But then if you look at October, the first two weeks of October, it was only 25 units. So it’s like pretty much what, a fourth of the sales. All right. So instead of 200 units, it’s going to be about 50 units. And so I was like, all right. Yeah, I might be able to do a full redo of the listing and see about doing keywords and stuff like that. But still, for this kind of product, there’s only one competitor. And it’s clear I lost market share to this competitor. And he had a pretty good looking main image. And so let me show you guys what I did. But when I was looking at this one guy who was getting more sales, like it was clear his image was a lot prettier. He was a new kind of like somebody who redid all his images. And he was just a nothing competitor back in the day. But now we took over. I’m like, man, the pumpkin on his. This is like a pumpkin kit. I was like, the pumpkin on his looks like incredible. And his looking kind of spooky, especially for Halloween coming up. And yeah, you know, he had a lower price. I was like, anybody can do a low price. But my theory was this image on ours is probably messing up our click through rate. And he’s going to get better click through rate and better conversion rate. Bradley Sutton: And so what I did was I went in our slack. I’ve got an employee here at Helium 10 who rush who works really hard on some of these accounts and helps me out on my test. I was like, hey, I think that we need to make some variations of our image. I want to put like a box on there so I can put some keywords. You know, we actually do have a package here. So what I did was I had Resh. I was like, hey, do some analysis of the keywords. You know, let’s see how much is keywords, how much is click through rate. And so here you can see my conversation with her in slack. I was like, all right, let’s do four options. All right. I want you to use listing optimization. I use creator and make some options that are similar to this competitor and also some options that had like a box on it, you know, to kind of differentiate myself. All right. And let me show you what she came up with. So then Resh went to listing optimization dot AI and she was generating new images, you know, to help with the conversion rate. She was generating new A plus content, doing different options and going back and forth. I’m going to talk about some of this other stuff that she was she was doing as well. But she was just coming up with all these things. Now, right off the bat, guys, this is kind of amazing because she in minutes was able to do like these different options of images. She’s not a graphic designer, but listing optimization dot AI is amazing. I have a discount. Actually, I was able to get a discount from the owner. Come off for you guys. I’ll give it to you guys later. Bradley Sutton: But it was really amazing. I would have had no way of doing this unless I outsourced it to a graphic designer or I had an in-house graphic designer to do this stuff. And even so, it would have taken, you know, back and forth and days and stuff to do this thing. She was doing in minutes. All right. So basically why I wanted to have options was I want to use a Helium 10 audience or PicFu a split test of real Amazon Prime members to see, hey, if you were to click, if you were to search for a pumpkin tab kit. And these were the results, which one would you click and why? So I wanted to get some insights into if my product image was bad because my theory was, yeah, it’s going to be bad. Let’s see if I can do like two options that are good. And I want to benchmark it against that competitor image, you know, how people would see it in the search results. So here’s four options. All right. This first one is my current image. And then here are Resh’s three options. She did one with a with a box. She did one that kind of looks like a like a spooky one, kind of like the competitor one. And she had another one where it didn’t have it just like had a different color pumpkin, but it didn’t show the jack-o’-lantern. I guess you would call that spooky aspect. Which one would you guys have picked? Those of you watching this on YouTube, A, B, C or D. All right. You guys want to see what one from Helium 10 audience slash picfu. Dun dun dun. The winner was one that had the package on the back. You know, this is what one with 58 percent of the votes. What was the worst one, the worst of these four options? Yep. You guessed it. It is my existing image on this listing. All right. Five votes out of 50. That’s terrible. Bradley Sutton: So my theory was correct, which is I am not optimized for search with my image. This product was crushing it before. But you guys got to understand that that images and stuff gets stale. All right. So what worked two years ago doesn’t mean it’s going to work right now. But more than that, I want to look into the insights of why people pick the other ones. And you could see that people like the packaging visibility. It showed the included parts. They said it felt clear and informative. Some people didn’t like the jack-o’-lantern kind of like look at it. And as you can see, I’ve got a lot of individual responses, every single thing. Helium 10 audience, every customer. Helium 10 audience is showing what they are saying. These are real people. This is not AI. There’s a person who looked at this and they had to write something. Why they were picking the one that they were. And so I read through all this and was like, okay, all right, now I’m going to take that option. You know, the one that won. And I want to put it up against the existing competitor now. So what I did was I had her make another option with another package using Kreator, K-R-E-A-T-O-R dot AI. And then I had another one used with listing optimization dot AI. And I did the competitor listing. All right. And which one do you guys think won? All right. Those of you watching this on YouTube, A, B, or C. All right. B won. Dun, dun, dun, which is the one that had won the first one. But here’s the thing. Personally, I don’t want to just win. As you can see here, mine or the one that registered had a vote of 56 percent. The second place was the competitor listing, and it had 44 percent. To me, that’s not good enough. I need to have something that people vote for at least 60, if not more percent. And the other one, you know, at most at most like 30 something max. All right. Like this is too close for comfort. 12 percent difference. I’m like, we’ve got to do better. So what did I do? Bradley Sutton: I started looking and I read everything here that the customers were saying. It says, well, you know, why did people pick B? But why did people look? Why did people pick this other one? They’re like, oh, it just looks scarier than the others. I was just reading, you know, reading different things here. I went back to Resh. I’m like, all right, do it again. Within minutes, she rolled out with more from listing optimization dot AI. And she came up with another one. And so I was like, you know what? I’m pretty sure this is going to be good. Like this looks good. Like like we you know, one of the things was that people were saying was the the tap kit or the actual tap that goes in the pumpkin looked too small on the on the other one. All right. And so I had her I had her change that. And so I’m like, all right, let’s instead of comparing three, let’s just compare two of them. All right. And so which one do you guys think won A or B? Guess what? You’re probably all wrong. Why? This is terrible, guys. I had a direct high, literally 50 percent. And so I failed this round. I’m like, I thought I had kind of captured the customer sentiment and was going to be able to beat the competitor. But no. And so I read again, what were all these customers saying? Why is it so close? Why can I not crush the competitor’s image? Bradley Sutton: And so, again, for a fourth time, I took all of the insights I was getting. And then I went to Resh, go back to listing optimization dot AI. I do another one. And then I saw hers. I was like, you know what, this is this has got to be it. I think we captured all the customer sentiment. So we did it again. And our last one that we just did a few days ago. Here are the options again, the competitor versus our new one. A versus B. Which one do you think won? Ding, ding, ding. A, which is ours, the one that we had done. What we did, we made a bigger tap. We changed the way that the package looks. We have a semi like a semi jack-o’-lantern ish vibe on ours. And now look at the results. Sixty six percent to thirty four percent. Almost a 30 percent higher vote on ours. Now I felt comfortable like, all right, Resh, go ahead and change the main image to this. And then go ahead and update the new A plus content. And all those other listings you made with listing optimization. Now, each of this costs money, guys. Obviously, I work for Helium 10. I’m not paying for Helium 10 audience. If you guys would have done this and ran Helium 10 audience four times, I would estimate it’s about seventy dollars each one, depending on how many like what criteria you do for audience segmentation, like 280 bucks. Why should you be willing to pay 280 bucks plus whatever it costs listing optimization AI. You can do it on the monthly plan that this would have been easy. You get to do hundreds of pictures on the monthly plan. So obviously this would have been kind of free after paying nine dollars. Bradley Sutton: So let’s say I’m all in like three hundred fifty bucks on this. Why am I telling you guys this is something that could make thousands of dollars more? And why is three hundred fifty bucks nothing? Well, first of all, for those who used to do photo shoots, three hundred fifty bucks is nothing right. But this is not just a photo shoot. All right. This is making the images and getting the customer feedback. Let’s do some math together. Let’s say this product was getting a two percent click through rate. All right. And per month. And it had a hundred thousand impressions. All right. So one hundred thousand times point 0 two is two thousand clicks. Let’s just say it was only getting two thousand clicks. I mean, you guys get two thousand clicks a day on your product. We’re going super conservative here. Let’s say this only got two thousand clicks and let’s say the conversion rate was ten percent. All right. This is kind of like the numbers that you guys saw. Ten percent conversion rate on two thousand is two hundred sales a month. All right. Now, what happens if we can increase the click through rate because we have a better image from two percent to three percent, just a one percentage point out of one hundred. Right. So now one hundred thousand impressions at three percent click through rate is now three thousand clicks page views. And what if we were able with our other images to just slightly increase instead of 10 percent conversion rate? Let’s just say 13 percent conversion rate. All right. Three percent increase. Right. Three thousand times point one three is three hundred and ninety units. Bradley Sutton: What is that, guys? That is double the sales that we were getting just by increasing one percentage point. The click through rate, three percentage points, the conversion rate, very doable numbers, especially when you see the drastic like how drastic it was that people do not like our existing images. Is it possible to change your listings one percent here, two percent there for click through rate and conversion rate? All right. What if you were doing two thousand sales a month? Wouldn’t you like to get four thousand sales a month? Guys, two hundred sales a month times. This is, I don’t know, a twenty-dollar product. That’s four thousand dollars a month extra of sales potentially on this very slow-moving product. This is not like some millionaire product here. All right. So that’s what I was working on. And I’m going to implement this stuff. And let’s see what I can get the sales back for, for like the next the next cycle. As you can see, I had Resh do other images like do new ones for the coffin shelf. We went through the same process, both enlisting optimization that I and Helium 10 audience slash picfu. And we were able to get new images for everything. She was doing this stuff in minutes, guys. If you guys are interested in a coupon for listing optimization that I use the code Bradley 20. I think it’s a capital B. Bradley 20. No spaces. That’ll save you 20 percent off. All right, guys. Start it. Start doing this for Helium 10 audience. It’s built into Helium 10. All right. So it’s pay per use. There’s no subscription or anything. I’ll just go into just in Helium 10. Just click on products and then go under listing optimization and hit audience. And you’ll be able to run it from here. All right. You can see I was doing some some Helium 10 audience polls here before. Bradley Sutton: This is something that every single seller could be doing. I bet most of you guys aren’t using Helium 10 audience. Most of you aren’t using listing optimization dot AI to do this stuff. This stuff costs pennies in comparison to the kind of revenue you can generate by reoptimizing your listings for click through rate. Don’t just assume even if your sales are good that they can’t be better. All right. Run it through Helium 10 audience against your competitors who are beating you or catching up to you and get the insights into the mentality of why they’re clicking or why they like to click on your competitors more than yours. All right. Now, the next thing in this other account that I’m working on. We talked about on the TIkTok how the sales went down 90 percent, went down 90 percent on Amazon, too, in this children’s workbook. So I wanted to take a top seller, a product that used to be like a million dollar a year product. No, maybe not a million dollars, maybe like five hundred thousand dollars a year. And now it’s like, I don’t know, like fifty thousand dollars a year, if that. And I was like, hey, how can I get these sales up by ten thousand dollars a month? So I’m going to walk you through the keyword research process through just regular Helium 10, through listing builder and the Helium 10 MCP. Bradley Sutton: Step one is look at your own search tree performance reports. If this is a product you’ve been selling for like twelve, eighteen months. Actually, before step one is identify the twelve best months in the last like eighteen months of sales. All right. That’s what I did. And I chose the best twelve months plus the most recent months. All right. And I did a filter in search query analyzer and Helium 10 for minimum my purchases of five. And so that basically says the last twelve months show me from my best months, including my worst month. What keywords brought me at least five sales from search performance? And there’s forty-one different keywords that came up here. And some of these are have gotten tons of sales. Look at this grooved writing books for kids three to five. Got a total over two hundred purchases. A grooved handwriting practice for kids had one hundred and seventy-nine purchases. All right. Take this list and develop your own scoring system. The way I like to score this is like, hey, if something is over two hundred sales in a twelve-month period, that’s like a top one. And then I kind of like have a descending score that I assigned to this. All right. These are keywords that already are driving sales to your product. Bradley Sutton: Now, the next thing I like to do is identify four to eight competitors. So what I did was I look I search for a main keyword like grooved writing books or something like that. And I pick top competitors. These are guys who are selling thousands of units a month, whereas I’m selling like fifty to one hundred now. Right. These guys are crushing it mainly because of TikTok. But they are also doing some SEO. And so how do you find out what they’re doing in SEO? You run it through Cerebro. So I put our ASIN as a seed ASIN and four of these products that are absolutely crushing us. And then I’m just doing different filters here in Cerebro. Hey, show me the keywords with this much search volume where at least one product is ranked in the top ten and the others are ranked on somewhere between one and six. All right. But I’m not ranked. Hey, show me keywords where one product is ranking high, but I’m not. And the others aren’t, you know, and I’m assigning like my own personal score for these keywords. Right. If it’s a multi search, I’m like, hey, the top ones competitor performance score. Let’s just assign this score to to these keywords. All right. So now I’ve got my search career performance score that was from one to twenty. And now my competitor performance score is between one and ten. This tells me what are the most important keywords because most of my competitors are ranking for. And I just do multiple searches. The next step in Cerebro is I go one by one on these listings and I use something that only Helium 10 has, which is the historical trends. And so I want to go one by one. Look at these products month by month over the last year or so. You guys are going to see why AI is going to help on this because this is a very tedious process. And I want to see where are these keywords getting sales from historically? You know, like these are school products. Bradley Sutton: Guess what? In the months of September and August is what back to school. There’s different keywords that come up in back to school that are not showing up right now. Nobody is searching back to school keywords in October, November, because people are already in school. Right. And same thing like like in October, in November, people are searching for, you know, like maybe stocking stuffers for my nerdy kids or whatever. Right. For this kind of educational stuff. They’re not searching stocking stuffers for nerdy kids in March or April. Right. So do keywords perform differently throughout the year? Only Helium 10 is going to show you this historical data. So that’s another run I put through. And again, I’m assigning my score. Guess what I call my score, guys. I call it the Bradley score. In other words, the B.S. score. Literally, that’s what I made my skill do, too. So I call my B.S. score. Right. This is on a scale of one to ten. I have my whole own personal complex formula I built into my skill that I’m about to show you guys. But you make your own scoring system. But I’m like assigning it. Hey, each month that one product is in the top 10 or something like give me a zero-point one score. All right. And so if it’s every month for 12 months, that’s one point two points for that ASIN. And then if it’s another product, one of my competitors, they also have one point two points. Now we’re up to two point four. It’s a very complex system. I have guys. It’s right here in Helium 10. You guys can do it yourself. All right. So that’s my second step. The next step I do is Black Box brand analytics, another exclusive tool in Helium 10. But I go and I pick the last 26 weeks of data, 26 weeks of brand analytics data, each with three million lines. Obviously, you’re not going to download that from Amazon. And then I put all the competitors in there. And then I use this filter and say, hey, show me any keywords that any of these 26 weeks, one of these products at least was one of the top three clicked and had at least one percent conversion share. Because that means that Amazon is telling us this is a keyword that 100 percent drove at least a sale or a few sales to your competitor. Listen, there’s nowhere else in Amazon where it’s giving you guaranteed sales data for your competitors at the keyword level. This is what does it. Like I said, only in Helium 10 you can get this. And so I’m assigning scores to this as well. Bradley Sutton: Right. Like look at this keyword. Groove writing books for kids three to five. These every single week, the competitors were getting sales from it. All right. So that’s that is going to have a higher score than this keyword. Educational toys for a four year old where one of the competitors was only getting sales from his keyword for two out of the 26 weeks. Does that make sense, guys? Some of these keywords are the same in search performance in Cerebro and Cerebro historical in brand analytics. And guess what? We’re adding all the scores together internally. All right. So that’s another thing that I’m doing. All right. So once it’s done, I have everything in my Excel file. I have my own formulas. And now I’m like, all right, here’s my most important keywords. Let me also sort by a little bit by search volume. It’s not just the relevancy. Like I could have a keyword with a score of a 45 out of 50. But if it has 100 search volume, is that really the best keyword? Probably not. Right. All right. So I have this whole scoring system. All right. So that’s one way to find the best keywords. And oh, my goodness, this surfaced a lot. There is like 80 percent of the keywords that are bringing sales to my competitors and that they’re ranking for. I’m like nowhere to be found in the search results. So I had a lot of cool stuff I could find out here. Bradley Sutton: Now, just really quick, what’s a faster way of doing that without a I in listing builder? This is what I could have done. I go to listing builder. I could go to this exact listing. I can either import it or I can just hit edit under the ad keywords for listing. I could do all these searches right here. ABA converting keywords, search, create performance, keywords, top keywords, historical top keywords. I can even do others like sponsored keywords. And once I do that, it’s going to have a full list of keywords and like the own listing builder scoring system. So that’s another way that you can do it a second way. Right. So the third way, third way is I made a skill for this. And this skill is right now only available to elite members. Eventually, I’m going to have this skill available to everybody like in a month or so. I’ll release it to everybody else. So if you guys are interested in this skill, just comment on the YouTube video below. And once I do release it to everybody else, we’ll just reply to you in thread and let you guys get this skill. But let me show you this. This crazy skill. All right. So I said, hey, run this skill on this ASIN. And it pulled all right off the bat without me having a prompt. It’s finding what were the top 11 months of sales. What was my worst month? And look, it ran right through search, create performance, and it started assigning scores. Right. Here’s my number one keyword. Groove writing book for kids three to five. It has a score of 20. Groove kids writing books had a score of six. This is built to ignore branded keywords and make sure to kind of like look at it, but like make sure we’re not putting any branded keywords. Bradley Sutton: And now it says, hey, send me your competitors. I gave it my competitors. It started doing all of the searches that I did one by one, getting all the information, getting all the historical information, going into brand analytics, now combining everything together into one. And look at this file it gave me of how many keywords here it capped it at 500 keywords. And it scored it using. You thought I was joking, guys. Look, look what I call it. My B.S. score is right here. The number one keyword. Groove writing books for kids three to five. You guys saw that from my search, create performance. What was my number 40 keyword with a score of eleven point two five letter writing set? I would not have thought about that. I’m not currently ranked for that. This thing is showing me the current search volume where these keywords came up. You know, what does it mean that these keywords have four matches? It means it was from SQP. It was from Cerebro. It was from historical Cerebro and it was from Bradley. So like obviously those keywords are going to have a higher score. It’s showing me my number of purchases from search, create performance. It’s showing me my CPS score. It’s starring my top keywords to make sure I put it in phrase form. All right. So it’s doing tons of stuff. I got a great list of keywords all with my scoring system. Bradley Sutton: All right. What’s the next step? The next step. The prompt asked me, hey, should I write the listing so Alexa can answer shopper questions from it? And I selected yes. Let me send some screenshots of some Alexa things. Guys, our Helium 10 listing builder inside of Helium 10, it could do this automatically with AI, but I’m in Claude right now. Right. So what I did was I went to Amazon on my listing, my top competitor listing, and I copied all the Alexa questions because, yes, I want my listing based on the keywords. I don’t want just, you know, keyword stuff listing. I have this thing programmed to really make a good listing like, you know, catered towards my target market based on the keywords, based on the demographics and all this stuff. But also, if Alexa is going to automatically put these questions on my listing, I want to make sure that the copy that my AI or Claude writes here is going to take into consideration these questions, such as, for example, can it be used by left handed kids? I would have thought about that. I’m right handed. I don’t think about these kind of things. What age range is it designed for? The worst thing you want is somebody clicking on Alexa and then the answer is, oh, I’m sorry, I don’t know. Like the listing doesn’t say. All right. So that’s why I did that. Another thing is it’s using the MCP Hillington MCP right here to look at the review insights. I have this program to go to review insights, which you guys can use without the MCP. You can just do that on the Chrome extension inside of Amazon. And I wanted this to go find me. Hey, what are the top things that people are saying that they love about this listing of my competitor listings? What’s the things that people hate about it? Incorporate that into the listing copy to make sure that the good things are talked about the bad things. We say why ours has fixed that problem. If it if it has, et cetera, et cetera. Bradley Sutton: So these are things that you have to do regardless of using MCP or not. And then it remade the listing. All right. Take a look. Groove writing books for kids three to five. I don’t like that it use grooved handwriting workbooks to probably will change that. But it did what I said. I want my top two most important keywords in the top title. So it kind of did what I said, but I might just tweak this a little bit. Here is my title highlights. Here’s my bullet points that it did. If it wasn’t able to do enough of my keywords in the bullets, it would have added up to 10 bullet points. Here is my description. Two thousand characters. Here’s my back end keywords out of my starred top 20 keywords. It gives me a report afterwards. It says, hey, we got 18 out of your top 20 phrases here from the individual keywords. One hundred and twenty three out of the one hundred and eighty four unique words are covered. Counting the back end keywords, I could tell it to go in. I was like, you know what? Right. Bullet point six through 10 and try and get more of those individual keywords so we can get as many of those one hundred and eighty four keywords as possible. It did a brand check. All right. Actually, it said here the words left out were mostly like brand fragments or typos or things that the product isn’t. All right. So so that that’s pretty good. It looks like it didn’t include those on purpose. Obviously, if you’re doing keyword research the right way, I would have gone through and like physically like probably taking out some of those keywords. Bradley Sutton: Here, though, remember those Alexa questions? It’s telling me where it answers like here. It says, what age range is it designed for? Hey, where is it answered? It’s an answer to the title and bullet point number four. It’s pretty cool. The next step here, which is not shown, is I can actually just push this listing to Amazon right here from Claude using Helium 10 after I tweak it and stuff, which I’m going to do eventually. Right. So this guy’s is going to get tons of sales from me, more than ten thousand dollars a month. Why? Look at some of these numbers here. Search career performance. Twenty twenty five. I had one hundred and sixty thousand impressions. Twenty twenty six. Nine thousand six hundred impressions. Two hundred and seventy four purchases down to seven in search career performance. One year later. All right. There is 200 sales right there. Easily I can get. Remember, when we talk about search query performance, you can pretty much multiply that number by two or three. So if I can regain this traction, I’m not just getting 200 sales from keywords more. I’m getting 600 sales potentially from keywords a month once I, of course, advertise. So that’s the next step is is updating the listing. And then I would have Claude design advertising campaigns that are going to help me rank back for these keywords. It doesn’t mean that just because my competitors are getting sales from it that I can, but I won’t know until I try. And so that’s the next step. Bradley Sutton: Pretty crazy stuff here, guys. So if you guys want this skill, if you’re an Elite member, hit me up in the Elite Facebook group. I’ll send it to an Elite Facebook group. But the rest of you just make a message on YouTube. If you’re watching this on YouTube and once it’s available to like Diamond and others, I’ll go ahead and throw that in here. What am I doing with this listing other than just keywords? I’m going to try and work the magic with the main image. All right. So I asked a question. I picked parents. I was like, hey, let me ask 50 parents. If you are a parent searching for your small kids, the keyword groove had a right grooved handwriting practice for kids. Which search results would you pick and why? And so I put our product with the ones that are selling a lot. Which one do you think got the best? ou guessed it. Definitely not ours. Look at that. Ten percent voted for ours and 90 percent voted for the ones who are selling better. And now I’ve got a plethora of data here telling me what I need to do to make my main image better. It’s not just keywords, guys. It’s also images. When you work on the images, it’s not just images. It’s also your keywords. Make sure you take a holistic thing. But guess what? It’s not just images. It’s not just keywords. It’s advertising. So I, in this very account, was able to find $10,000 of wasted spend. Even though I was like kind of semi managing the advertising a little bit, I was able to look back under old stuff and find wasted spend. Let me go ahead and show you how I did that. And to do that, I’m going to go in and change my shirt to my Helium 10 Ads shirt because that’s what I use. Helium 10 ads. Now it’s called to do it. Bradley Sutton: For those who don’t know, the Helium 10 MCP allows me to connect Claude to my Amazon advertising account through Helium 10. Now, this is an account that I have rules running. So like I’m running different rules on this account already without the MCP where it’s like tells me to raise bids, lower bids based on what’s happening in the last 60 days. But if you guys have never run rules or if you guys run rules and you want to do further audits, this is how you can uncover thousands of dollars of spend that could be wasted. Let me give you the first prompt. You guys can just copy these and paste it exactly in your own Claude and you can get similar results. All right. All right. This first thing I’m going to say here, check my advertising to tell me if there are any search terms or ASINs in auto or broad campaigns that have in the last 60 days more than 20 clicks and no sales. Give it to me in a chart that shows which campaigns they’re in and how many clicks and how much spend. Now, I’m specifically asking for auto and broad campaigns. I personally don’t like to negative match search terms in a exact campaign. I usually prefer to just pause those targets. All right. You guys do what you want. I picked a number here of 20 clicks, but again, that’s not like the only good number. Some people might want to do 10 clicks. Some people might want to do 30. You do what works for you. Bradley Sutton: All right. Let’s see what Claude found out here. It says. All right. Nothing much qualified on the auto. That’s good. All the offenders came out of the broad match. And so here’s the breakdown. I had four keywords or search terms in the broad campaign that were getting clicks at least 20 and zero spend. And it’s about 40, 70, looks like a hundred, like 120, 130 bucks here. All right. It says you’re one hundred and forty six dollars across these four terms. Okay, so now here’s the thing. Right now, I could just say, hey, pause these targets and it would go ahead and do that within seconds. And I just saved myself one hundred and forty six dollars over the next 60 days. And I may be wondering, oh, my God, how long is this video going to be? Took you two minutes to find one hundred forty five dollars. Guys, stay tuned. This is just the beginning. All right. My next project for Claude again, copy these prompts if you want. Check my advertising campaigns. If in the last 12 months, look back period. There are any search terms or ASINs in auto or broad campaigns that have more than 20 clicks, but no sales. Give it to me in a table that shows which campaigns are in how many clicks, how much spend. Also in this table, show me the same look back period. If there are any targets that have more than 20 clicks and no sales, any type of campaign. Bradley Sutton: Now, this is important. This is an audit that I sometimes do. I obviously haven’t done it in this account. But, you know, most of us, we have a look back period of 30 days. And that’s where our Helium ads rules are doing. Looking back 30 days or 60 days. Right. But what if I only had I had a search term that maybe got five clicks in the last 60 days, but it never showed up in my rule because it was only five clicks. And maybe I have a rule that says, look, tell me if it’s 20 clicks. But what if every 60 days it was getting five clicks that adds up guys over a year. It’s over 20 clicks. All right. And my rules never would have caught it. So let’s see how much it came up with. Now, guys, look at this. This is kind of crazy. Actually, if you guys are watching my Claude, I actually didn’t believe this number. And I told it to double check. Let me show you. But take a look here. Auto campaigns. There were 33 terms that had over a thousand clicks over the last year. Five hundred dollars of spent wasted broad match. Twenty eight terms with, again, a thousand clicks, a thousand dollars of wasted spend. See how this this money is adding up auto and broad combined. So that was fifteen hundred dollars. Right. But now all targets my secondary thing, a hundred and ninety keywords, nine thousand clicks, eight thousand five hundred dollars of wasted spend. Now, this was in the browser. Okay, is Claude like tripping out here? So if you notice here, I said in your above prompt, are you saying there’s one hundred and ninety targets that each have 20 plus clicks with no sales totaling eighty five hundred dollars worth of spend? Claude said, yeah, that’s exactly right, dummy. To be precise about what the table is showing, one hundred and ninety distinct targets. So that is crazy. Guys, take a look at some of these here. Here’s a keyword book. All right. It’s a broad match in a sponsor brand campaign. Two hundred clicks. Two hundred and seventy three dollars of spend. Zero sales over the last year. Here’s another one. One hundred and fifty dollars spent for this meal planner and fitness tracker. All right. This is kind of insane. Bradley Sutton: So here on the right side of Claude, it actually gave me an Excel file and broke it all down, which campaigns these are in, which search terms, how much spend I’ve done. Here’s broad match search terms, all targets of any type. This is that one that was one hundred and ninety. And this is telling me all the ones I could pause. Now, some of these I might have paused already on my own and maybe some of these I decide for whatever reason. You know what? It’s a branding campaign. I want to keep it going. But as you can see, this was like ten thousand dollars just right here alone. But let’s just pretend that, hey, I’m not going to do all of it. And maybe it’s only like six, seven thousand dollars. I’m still racking up this money. I said my goal here was ten thousand dollars of wasted at spend. I’m already almost there just with this project alone. But I’m just saying, hey, let’s just pretend that I’m not going to go ahead and implement all of this because of some more detailed planning I do. We’re still in thousands of dollars. You guys want hungry for some more. Let’s keep going. Bradley Sutton: All right. Next one. Like I said, copy this, show me all of my active targets where I have spent at least five dollars in the last 60 days, but the ACOS is above 100 percent. Give it to me in a table so I can see what I’m spending. Then in that table, give me the suggested change to get to the bid in order to get my ACOS down to 70 percent. And here we go. Here are all the campaigns where I have over 100 percent ACOS. This spend here is in the hundreds of dollars. So across these nine targets, eight hundred and fifteen dollars of spend. All right. So if I were to cut that ACOS down by 20 percent over the next 60 days, there’s like two, three hundred dollars worth of spend I have saved. That was just what’s over 100 percent. Probably I want to do a quick audit maybe of what’s 80 to 100 percent. What would happen if I bring that down to 60 percent? That’s another prompt I could do. Maybe that’s going to save me a few hundred dollars. All right. So we’re again adding to that total where I already hit 10K, but we’re still adding hundreds of dollars of savings. Bradley Sutton: All right. Now here this next last one’s a doozy. Guys, if you guys have never run day partying, this could uncover hundreds, more likely thousands of dollars of either extra sales or wasted spend that you can save. Take a look at this prompt for any campaign that has spent more than one hundred dollars in the last 60 days. Please analyze the spend attributed to the time of day and day of week. I want to see if implementing day partying with helium 10 schedules can save me money. Tell me if there are campaigns where I can save money if I decrease the bid at certain days or times of day. Tell me if there are any where I can increase bid to perhaps get more sales. My target cost is 40 percent. You guys obviously put whatever yours is. And then tell me if I implement these day partying schedules, an estimate of how much money I’ll save combined with how much extra money I might make. All right. So this is something you can’t do in Seller Central. Theoretically, everything I’ve done today, you could probably take about 10, 15 hours and download reports from Seller Central if your data goes back that far and use pivot tables and come up with what I just did in five minutes. But this one you literally cannot do in Seller Central unless you have Helium 10. Bradley Sutton: All right. Day party analysis, it says, is complete. And let’s take a look here. It gives me a chart of like the upside. Let me see if I can. Oh, wow. Look at this. Here’s something that’s telling me the different times of day I should increase and decrease. Let me get to the summary. Here we go. Raw identified savings opportunity. Two thousand six hundred dollars over the 60 day window. Spend sitting in dead or bad hours. And here’s another one. Twenty five hundred in incremental sales from pushing bids in your best windows. It gives me a realistic savings. It’s not necessarily I’m going to get five thousand dollars. It says a big cut reduces spend, but doesn’t zero it out. Right. So let’s just say a conservative ratio would be fifteen hundred dollars saved over 60 days. And then the upside net new net revenue, about fifteen hundred dollars as well. All right. So conservatively, it says three thousand dollars total or fifteen hundred dollars a month if I implement these schedule changes. Now, what does schedules mean? That means like, hey, I can see over 60 days my ACOS is super high from midnight to 3 a.m. So I want to have Helium 10 cut my bids in like half so that I save half the money or hey, my ACOS is super profitable. Let me increase my bids and get extra sales. That’s what this is doing. Bradley Sutton: All right, guys, what do you think? Mission accomplished? I think so. We save ten thousand dollars or we found ten thousand dollars at least of wasted spend. We actually found double that. But let’s just say that we’re not going to get all twenty thousand dollars back. Let’s just say we can get ten thousand dollars back because I’ve already optimized it. You know, some ten thousand dollars of wasted spend able to get back. We’re finding thousands of dollars a month, potentially ten thousand dollars of SEO that we were missing out on. Plus click through rate and conversion rate optimization by updating our images. We were able to do this is what anybody can do. I did not use any special superpowers, not even the skill I use. I mean, I’m just I create the skill myself based on what I would normally do in Helium 10. And I just created a skill. I mean, it took me like three hours to create the skill. Sure. But it’s not doing anything that you guys couldn’t do. I don’t have a special version of Claude. I don’t have a special version of Helium 10 MCP. I’m using the same exact thing that anybody with a Diamond plan out there has.And this is what I was able to do. What does that mean? You guys can do this on your listings. Bradley Sutton: Maybe you don’t know anything about MCPs or Claude or ChatGPT. Fine. I showed you guys how to do it right there inside of Helium 10. Guys, you have access to these tools. If you don’t, don’t forget. Get 20 percent off to upgrade to the Diamond plan. You don’t use listing optimization. I use Bradley 20 as a coupon code to start generating new images. Anybody can use Helium 10 audience even if you’re on a Platinum plan. It’s right there in Helium 10 cost like 50, 60, 70 bucks, depending on what you do for each run. I showed you guys why it’s worth it. So all these tools, all this data you guys have available to you, every single thing here can get you more sales or potentially can save you money, like in the case of the wasted spend. So guys, stop letting cobwebs spiderwebs form on some of Helium 10 tools and the data that is readily available to you. They’re spiderwebs in each of your Helium 10 accounts because you haven’t touched certain tools like audience or search query analyzer or the historical cerebro. Get those cobwebs out of there. Brush them off. Use these tools. Find $10,000 in your account that you can save on advertising. Find $10,000 more that you can make because of image optimization or keyword optimization.
